Pouring rain, deep puddles slipping under our feet when we least expect, walking to the Tate Britain art gallery from the tube, small lakes filling the bottoms of our shoes, wind turning our umbrellas inside-out, water dripping into our eyes so that we can't even see where we are going, -- and that's what he says when we're borderline miserable. The Matti of the above quote is 12 years old. I think he's poetic.
Just before Matti commented so delightfully on the weather, I was about to comment on the situation saying, "Um... I'm wet. And um, like I'm cold."
